My Story
With customized catering menus for each of our clients, we provide a quality food for our customers. We meet special dietary needs, too. Our past and current client list includes schools, large corporations, and private industry. One of our clients, the Animal Planet "Finding Bigfoot" Crew recently commented that our food service was “unmatched” and "loved our customized service" Each meal is cooked-to-order and the choices are endless. As a child I started cooking with my grandparents and discovered a passion for it. At the age of 10 I became a member of the Boy Scouts of America. One of my favorite duties as boy scout was to plan, shop, and prepare all three meals for the day. During college I cooked as a chef at a steakhouse in Ada, Ok. As I grew older and began my family in 1986 I began grilling. In 1989 I spent a weekend with a Barbarque Competition Smoker named Les Cadjue. During this weekend I built my first smoker and fell in love with the art of smoking food. This particular smoker is still in use today and utilized for family functions or just a good old night with some BBQ.
In December of 2010 the opportunity presented itself to purchase a BBQ smoking trailer. After weeks of revisions and modifications with my best friend Don I thought the final product was ready to go and serve some great BBQ and Beef Jerky.
